We use 20 degree (40 Inclusive) for most of our blades. There are a few that have the Steep grind of 30 degrees (60 Inclusive) designed for wider cuts. Guardian, Nightguard, all Nightshades, all reverse edges. We also offer lifetime blade

If your blade says in-stock and NOT a preorder, our typically turnaround is 2 weeks. Of course being an 100% American made blade there are at times brief delays caused by material slow downs, we will communicate any slowdowns as we are made aware.

We want to ensure that you can count on your knife to last a lifetime and that our dollars are going to support hard working Americans. America has a history of providing materials that are made to the highest standard of quality in the world. We cannot guarantee that materials from other countries are being supplied at the high level we demand from our blades. When we write a check to someone we want that to be for work that they close to do and that they take pride in. The best way for T.Kell Knives to guarantee that is to source all of our materials in the USA. Also as a United States Marine it means a lot to me to support the country that I signed up to defend.

Pre-Order just means that we have the material here and are allowing you to reserve your blade while we build the entire batch. Creating our blades in small batches allows us to ensure that EVERY step is done to the best of our abilities, which takes some time. We can only make so many blades at the quality we demand so we allow you to reserve blades as opposed to waiting for a drop that sells out in mins that you may miss out on.
