Introducing the Operator Series, Debuting with the Ops-Hawk

The Operator Series blades are the culmination of a quest to make a blade that preforms to the standard of the operations community. They were designed with a tremendous amount of input from several of our brethren in the Tier 1 community.

The Ops-Hawk is the first in the series. Based on a longer version of the incredibly popular Tanto blade from our Nighthawk. We don't just call it a handle, we call it grips because a tool of this caliber needs maximum grip. The grip was designed using our famous 'Night' series grip, we removed the ring, stretched the length to a full length grip, added a slight sweep to help you draw the blade and keep you locked onto it. The narrow grip allows for a full clinch of your fist to maximize blade control and retention The ergonomics are phenomenal, we took our time and designed it for multiple grips: forward, reverse, and both tip up and tip down pikal grips with the cutting edge facing the forearm. Hundreds of hours of design and testing produced a series of blades that are perfectly at home on your duty belt, plate carrier, CCW, and OWB. Clad in our proprietary Nickel Boron T1C (Tier 1 Coating), the world's toughest blade coating not only provides incredible durability, it adds a lubricity that make the blades fly through cuts. The addition of Nickle Phosphorus to the T1C adds a level of corrosion prevention to the carbon steel unequalled in the blade industry. The insane lubricity and durablilty you've come to expect from your NiB Bolt carriers on a blade! Why? Because it should've been done forever ago, we just did it first. 

The tanto blade on the OPS-Hawk is from our Nighthawk blade that has taken the industry by storm. With a tip designed for actual piercing, the swedge to aide in point driven work, a dead flat edge for extremely effective pressure cuts, and a true diamond shaped blade with a rigidity unseen in the tanto world, this blade is stout beyond compare.
